Rustic villa in Alaró with private pool
Your will stay in a well-kept and taken care for 6 person house. The private pool, surrounded by a lawn, cypresses and a several flower shrubs, will give you a very comfortable feeling. The access to the pool can be closed so small children can not enter if desired. From the living room and kitchen you go straight on to the covered terrace. A big marble top table and six iron wrought chairs will take care that you have ample dining space. At only a very few meters is an outdoor built gas barbeque place. Inside the house, three double bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, living room, dining room and a spacious kitchen with all equipment neatly built-in to the kitchen cupboards.
The distance to the village center is only a short walk, about 10 minutes, and you will find a supermarket, the village square with its old fashion bakery and several local restaurants. Not to forget is the Saturday morning market, vegetables and fruits fresh from the countryside.
In spring, when the almond trees blossom and nature awakens after its winter rest, the valley and countryside of Alaró becomes like a fairytale. The bare trees with only its white blossom set in a surrounding of high mountains and the small old village of Alaró is just breathtaking. From your holiday home you will have a perfect view on the mountain tops from S’Alcadena and Sa Bassa. For the experienced and adventurers a hike up to the castle on top of S’Alcadena is just a must. The medieval castle ruins and the small chapel are worth a visit. Halfway the climb (although you can also do this bit by car) is the well-known restaurant “Es Pouet”. A gorgeous leg of lamb is what you should try here.
